understanding of the foods in each group

5. Identify strategies, tools and activities they can use in educating the
children in their care about healthy eating using the My Plate guidelines

6. Identify strategies and tools they can use in educating
their childcare families about the My Plate guidelines

Look & Cook - A Step-by-Step Guide to Healthy Meals by Partners in Nutrition and the
Chef Marshall O’Brien Group

Chef Marshall O’Brien has presented at national conferences and regularly appears on Twin Cities television, where he is a trusted voice for Smart Nutrition. Chef Marshall and his company, the Chef Marshall O’Brien Group, teach people what Smart Nutrition is and how to easily incorporate it into your life and the lives of those around you. We understand that our advice and recipes need to be easy, quick and delicious. Their team goal is to understand current best nutrition practices and translate them into foods and recipes that will produce positive nutritional results and taste great. They call this “Putting Delicious in Nutritious.”
